Supply Chain Manager

Our client, consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have supply chain experience with strong analytical and technology capabilities and CPG industry experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: REMOTE

Contract: 2-3 months

Pay Range: $40 - $49 hourly (W2)

What’s the Job?

• Build and lead a high-performing team by recruiting top talent, developing capabilities, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, embedding strong communication practices across teams and stakeholders
• Partner cross-functionally (supply chain, sales, finance) to manage inventory and waste as end-to-end business levers and improve network performance
• Lead target setting and strategy development for NA inventory and waste, leveraging key metrics such as MATDI, ExitDI, ZBI, MEIO, excess stock, and business waste
• Own forecasting and performance management processes, including reporting, loss tree analysis, insights generation, and execution of action plans to deliver structural improvements

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Planning, or a related field
• 7–10+ years of supply chain experience (CPG) with strong analytical and technology capabilities; experience with Kinaxis and SAP ECC is a plus (APICS certification preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and PowerPoint to support data-driven decision making
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and influencing skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
