Administrative Assistant 2

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Administrative Assistant 2 to join their team. As a Administrative Assistant 2, you will be part of the Security Division supporting large-scale operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Support team operations including onboarding, offboarding, headcount tracking, and organizational updates
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, morale activities, and offsites
  • Partner with finance and business management on budget tracking, purchase orders, and accruals as needed
  • Manage space, equipment, hardware, and supply requests in coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain distribution lists, team sites, documentation, and organizational materials

What's Needed?

  • 3+ years of administrative or business support experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
