Senior React Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior React Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior React Engineer, you will be an integral part of the software development department supporting innovative web application projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a passion for creating high-quality user interfaces, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior React Engineer

Location: Sunrise, FL OR NYC (candidates applying should be local, we can not assist with relocation expenses) 

Type: Contract 

Duration: 12 months 

Schedule: 3x on site per week 

Pay Range: $60/hr (Sunrise, FL) OR $70/hr (NYC) W2 

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Implement and maintain functional components and leverage React Hooks for efficient, scalable code.
• Manage complex application states using Redux, Context API, and local state management strategies.
• Integrate and consume RESTful APIs, working with JSON and modern web service technologies.
• Utilize external UI libraries such as Bootstrap to deliver high-quality, visually appealing interfaces.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience as a Front-End or Software Engineer.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with React, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong expertise in Redux, Context API, and state management best practices.
• Solid experience with React Hooks and functional components.
• Proficient in RESTful API integration and working with JSON.
