As an ITSM Now Assist Specialist, you will be an integral part of the IT Service Management department supporting innovative AI initiatives. What's the Job?
- Lead the exploration, evaluation, and implementation of ServiceNow's Now Assist (GenAI) capabilities within the IT Service Management framework.
- Act as a strategic representative for ITSM on AI Operations projects, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow and platform teams to identify, explore, and validate Now Assist functionalities in sandbox environments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure quality and operational readiness before deployment.
- Manage the transition of Now Assist workloads from sandbox to production environments, ensuring seamless enablement and configuration.
What's Needed?
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or related fields.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Business Continuity, and Data Breach Management.
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly exploring or implementing Now Assist/AI features.
- Proven ability to develop and execute software test plans and quality assurance processes.
