Marketing Data Analyst

Our client, a leading entertainment and gaming organization, is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be part of the Marketing Analytics department supporting social content performance tracking and strategic insights development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, collaboration skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support content performance tracking, reporting, and insights development for social media channels
• Design, build, and maintain social data dashboards to visualize key metrics
• Collaborate with teams to ensure KPIs are integrated into reporting outputs and performance goals are aligned across franchise groups
• Develop advanced Boolean topic queries for social listening and content analysis
• Support the advocacy of established KPIs and communicate insights to key stakeholders

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in media planning, social media management, or digital marketing analytics/research
• Proficiency with social analytics tools such as Sprinklr, native social platforms, or UGC data-focused platforms (e.g., Stream Hatchet, Tubular)
• Experience building interactive dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• Proficiency in Microsoft/Google productivity suites (Excel, Sheets, PowerPoint, Slides)
