Digital Retoucher

Our client, a leading organization in the beauty and cosmetics industry, is seeking a Digital Retoucher to join their dynamic team. As a Digital Retoucher, you will be an integral part of the Digital Product Content team supporting marketing and creative initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Digital Retoucher

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range: $35-37/hr 

What's the Job?

• Must have experience in Beauty/Fashion industry background
• Retouch and enhance digital product imagery, ensuring color accuracy and visual consistency across all assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, to perform high-quality retouching and color correction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and quality standards.
• Support the creation of textures and product packaging visuals aligned with brand guidelines.

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of professional experience in digital retouching or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of color management and texture creation within cosmetics categories.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
