Service Delivery Lead

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to join their team. As a Service Delivery Lead, you will be part of the Global Risk Technology department supporting Trade Surveillance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Delivery Lead

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Pay Range:$65.15

What's the Job?

• Manage delivery efforts across the Trade Surveillance portfolio, including detailed planning of work and funding.
• Develop and provide regular reporting to senior management in Technology, Compliance, and Front Line teams.
• Coordinate project status monitoring, reporting, and documentation for internal and external meetings.
• Lead efforts in project intake, prioritization, scheduling, and funding management.
• Drive transformation and strategic initiatives within the portfolio, ensuring standards are understood and enforced.

What's Needed?

• Experience in project management within Surveillance Technology or related portfolios.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and SQL for data analysis and project tracking.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of trade surveillance, compliance, and audit/governance processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior management and collaborate with diverse teams.
