Business Analyst/Consultant

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst/Consultant to join their team. As a Business Analyst/Consultant IV, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting various business partners and IT staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to gather and analyse requirements.
• Develop comprehensive business flow diagrams using MS Visio, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Communicate complex concepts, policies, and processes effectively to diverse audiences.
• Support project planning and execution using Waterfall, Agile, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Assist in infrastructure and security protocol understanding to enhance project outcomes.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and working with IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences effectively.
• Experience partnering with project managers and developers in an Agile environment is a plus.
