Process Designer - IBM BPM

Our client, a Fortune 50 Financial Services company, is seeking a Process Designer to join their team. This Process Designer with hands-on experience in IBM BPM / IBM BAW will support process modeling, workflow design, and business process optimization initiatives. This role will focus on translating business requirements into scalable process solutions and driving efficiency through structured process design.

Location: Charlotte, NC; Phoenix, AZ; Minneapolis, MN
 

What’s the Job?

• Design, model, and optimize business processes using IBM BPM / IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
• Create detailed process flows, diagrams, and documentation using Visio
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into process designs
• Develop and maintain BPMN diagrams, workflows, and process maps
• Support process automation initiatives and identify areas for continuous improvement

What’s Needed?

• Experience working as a Process Designer, Business Analyst, or Process Analyst
• Hands-on experience with IBM BPM and/or IBM BAW
• Strong experience creating process flows using Visio
• Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and BPMN methodologies
• Ability to gather and document business requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
