Program Manager Tech 2

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 2, you will be part of the Infrastructure and Cloud Services support team, supporting critical projects related to incident management and platform modernization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 2

Location: Remote (PST time preferred)

Pay Range: $47/hr to $50/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Interface with clients on technical matters and project subject areas from initiation through delivery
• Provide program and project schedules along with status reports
• Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents to guide project implementation
• Offer technical and analytical insights to Product Managers as needed
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2-4 years' experience with technical tools such as Power BI, SQL, Kusto, and Active Directory
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting
• Strong program management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent communication skills, capable of leading meetings and presenting to leadership
• Ability to work effectively with global engineering, product, and support teams
