Technical Lead

We are actively seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Boomi integrations, enterprise architecture, and AS400/mainframe connectivity. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving technical architecture, leading development teams, and delivering complex integration solutions across enterprise systems.

Location: 100% Remote
Pay Rate: $80- 85/hr on W2
Duration: Contract Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design initiatives for enterprise integration projects.
• Drive solution design sessions with business stakeholders and clients.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Dell Boomi.
• Participate in hands-on development and oversee end-to-end solution delivery.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing integration architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies and best practices.
• Maintain a professional, collaborative, and respectful work environment.

Required Qualifications

• 6–9 years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi implementations.
• Experience leading development teams and serving in a technical lead or manager-level capacity.
• Strong background in enterprise integration architecture and solution design.
• Completion of at least 2–3 full lifecycle Boomi implementations.
• Hands-on experience designing and building Boomi integrations.
• Strong experience integrating with AS400/iSeries systems (required).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead client-facing technical discussions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenLegacy or similar technologies used to connect modern integration platforms with legacy mainframe systems.
• Exposure to mainframe modernization and legacy system integration initiatives.
