Senior Project Manager

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management department supporting strategic initiatives related to contact center modernization and cloud transformation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale migration waves impacting customer-facing operations
• Influence executive stakeholders and shape enterprise priorities
• Coordinate across a team of approximately 16 project managers in a complex, high-impact environment
• Drive cloud transformation initiatives across IVR, agent workflows, and workforce management systems
• Play a key role in redefining customer experience and enhancing agent productivity at scale

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education
• Experience with large-scale project delivery and complex stakeholder management
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and contact center operations is preferred
