Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking an Analytical Lab Technician to join their team. As an Analytical Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting analytical method transfer activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and laboratories to define scope, timelines, and country-specific requirements for analytical method transfers.
- Develop and implement analytical method transfer strategies and associated plans, including sample selection and acceptance criteria.
- Author, review, and approve protocols, reports, and technical documentation related to method transfer activities.
- Review transfer data, summarize findings, and support troubleshooting and investigations during execution.
- Track progress, ensure laboratory readiness, and proactively identify risks with mitigation strategies.
What's Needed?
- Experience with HPLC, GMP, and Quality Control in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Degree in biochemistry, bio sciences, pharmacy, or related field.
- Strong understanding of method transfer and validation processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
