Product Owner

Our client, a leader in the retail and consumer goods industry, is seeking a Product Owner to join their team. As a Product Owner, you will be part of the Digital Strategy Department supporting the eCommerce and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Serve as Product Owner for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platforms, managing backlog creation, prioritization, and delivery aligned with business objectives
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams
• Partner with marketing, eCommerce, and analytics teams to define product strategy and develop roadmaps
• Leverage consumer data to inform decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and enhance customer experience
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and dashboards, iterating based on insights and experimentation such as A/B testing and personalization

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a DTC or eCommerce environment
• Strong understanding of consumer data, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with CDPs, marketing automation, and eCommerce platforms
• Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable product or business strategies
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
