Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Director, Transformation & Enterprise Communications to join their team. As a Director, Transformation & Enterprise Communications, you will be part of the Communications Department supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide enterprise-wide communications leadership and execution support for a global operating model and transformation agenda.
• Partner across business lines, regions, and corporate functions to deliver clear, consistent, and timely communications that support organizational change.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, continuity, and effective messaging at scale.
• Create tailored communication materials for various audience segments, including leadership, managers, and colleagues.
• Manage the global transformation communications workplan, tracking deliverables, milestones, and risks to ensure successful execution.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in enterprise change, transformation, or operating model communications within a complex, global organization.
• Exceptional writing, synthesis, and storytelling skills, especially in high-volume, high-ambiguity environments.
• Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, external advisors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to coordinate across geographies and cultures.
• Experience developing communication strategies that reinforce cultural behaviors and support organizational change.
