Our client, a leading organization in the technology and server platform industry, is seeking a Firmware Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Firmware Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Platform Development Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a passion for innovative firmware solutions, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Architect, develop, and verify manageability firmware running in an embedded RTOS environment.
- Support firmware deployment in reference designs and ODM server platform designs.
- Collaborate with internal debug teams, validation teams, and customer teams to ensure firmware quality and performance.
- Develop firmware for system management controllers using C and assembly language.
- Participate in Agile and milestone-driven product development activities to meet project goals efficiently.
What's Needed?
- 0–2 years of firmware development experience, particularly for system management controllers.
- Knowledge of IPMI, DCMI, and SMASH standards.
- Experience integrating firmware with platform, BIOS, and OS components.
- Proficiency in programming with C and assembly language.
- Strong debugging skills and experience working in embedded Linux OS environments; FreeRTOS experience is preferred.
