Our client, a leading Automotive company in the Warren, MI area, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their team. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Operations department supporting project management and organizational efficiency.

What's the Job?

• Establish and maintain communication services across business units and project teams.
• Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
• Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Set up project and work breakdown structures to facilitate project planning and execution.
• Establish and document business processes to improve operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources, or a relevant field.
• 0-2 years of related experience in business analysis or project support roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
