Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a IT Business Analyst Ill to join their team. As a IT Business Analyst Ill, you will be part of the Financial Center supporting the Agile Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and extensive experience in business analysis, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, including Backlog Refinement, PI Planning, and System Demos.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams to ensure smooth delivery of features and epics.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and readiness for development.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and team members to align priorities and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Support deployment activities, quality standards, and production validation to ensure successful releases.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership within financial services.
• Proficiency with Jira, Agile methodologies, and user story creation.
• Strong understanding of technical solutions and ability to translate requirements effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience leading backlog management and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
