Our client, a healthcare organization, is seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst to join their team. As a Clinical Applications Analyst, you will be part of the IT Applications team supporting clinical, pharmacy, and multidisciplinary teams.

Location: Indianapolis, IN
What’s the Job?
- Configure, support, and optimize AthenaOne EHR and other clinical applications to improve documentation workflows
- Partner with clinical teams to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements and solutions
- Manage support tickets and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction
- Execute system configuration, user provisioning, and application setup within SaaS platforms
- Run reports, audits, and participate in change management and project delivery
What’s Needed?
- 4–8 years of experience administering clinical information systems (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
- AthenaClinicals Specialist Certification plus at least one additional athenaOne certification
- Strong knowledge of EHR configuration (templates, workflows, user setup, interfaces, and documentation tools)
- Experience with clinical workflows and collaboration with clinical or healthcare teams
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with ability to work independently
