Our client, a leading organization in the engineering and construction industry, is seeking an IT Service Desk to join their team. As an IT Service Desk, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting company-wide technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to assist others, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests across the organization
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely solutions
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support mobile devices, including activation, upgrades, and management
  • Maintain documentation of support activities and escalate complex issues as needed

What's Needed?

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in IT support
  • Competency with Windows Operating Systems and Apple technologies
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A valid driver license and an acceptable driving record
