Our client, a leader in enterprise technology infrastructure, is seeking an IT Administrator II (Network) to join their team. As an IT Administrator II (Network), you will be part of the IT Department supporting the Network Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Implement and maintain enterprise infrastructure, networks, systems, and platforms to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Support technical projects and initiatives, including small-sized implementation projects and network optimization efforts.
- Monitor and tune the performance and availability of corporate LAN/WAN environments.
- Troubleshoot and document network issues, participate in root cause analysis, and escalate incidents as needed.
- Act as a point of escalation for Service Desk incidents and requests related to network infrastructure.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level infrastructure hardware and systems.
- Strong understanding of Route, Switch, Wireless technologies, VLAN, routed interfaces, and L2/L3 configuration.
- Experience with routing protocols such as EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF.
- Familiarity with cloud-based and software-defined networking, traffic management, and network security practices.
