Product Performance Evaluation Scientist

Our client is seeking a Product Performance Evaluation Scientist to join their team. As a Product Performance Evaluation Scientist, you will be part of the research and development department supporting consumer research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the motivation to contribute to innovative product development, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Performance Evaluation Scientist

What's the Job?

• Assist in conducting consumer research studies of skincare products.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure smooth study execution.
• Design and develop surveys and questionnaires for research purposes.
• Analyze data and interpret results to support product performance evaluations.
• Support study design and methodology development to ensure scientific rigor.

What's Needed?

• Experience in databasing and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Sigma Plot, and SIMS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Background knowledge in cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products is advantageous.
