Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Procurement Clerk to join their procurement team. Responsibilities
- Support the procurement team with reporting, documentation, and administrative coordination.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports, records, and tracking spreadsheets.
- Review and assist with redlining contracts for accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze procurement data and track KPIs using Microsoft Excel.
- Create presentations and documentation using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Take detailed meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Assist internal stakeholders with procurement-related requests and helpdesk activities.
- Work with business systems such as SAP Ariba, Service Now, and other SAP tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, administrative support, or a related field.
- Understanding of invoices, purchase orders, and payment processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Ariba, Service Now, or other SAP systems.
- Experience supporting procurement or supply chain operations.
