Role and Responsibilities:
Generative AI Integration: Implement grounding techniques (RAG) and orchestrate Large Language Models to handle unstructured queries within the Customer Engagement Suite.
Technical Requirements:
AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and experience with Vertex AI or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
Core Engineering: Python, Open Source & GitHub, APIs (connection), JSON
AI & Agent Architecture: Agentic Coding & Building (Prompt Engineering), Adding Determinism to Agents, Agent Skills
LLM & Data Strategy: LLMs, Advanced RAG & Context Optimization, Progressive Disclosure
Testing & Evaluation: Automated Evaluation Frameworks, Agent Testing & Validation
Cloud & Platforms: GCP, GECX
Cloud Proficiency (Good to have): Advanced experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and IAM.
