Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Agile Development Department supporting multiple project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills, along with a passion for fostering Agile practices and transformation within teams.

What's the Job?
- Facilitate Agile development practices and ensure Scrum processes are followed effectively.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth progress of development teams.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and mindset to promote continuous improvement.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and foster a collaborative team environment.
What's Needed?
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a senior Scrum Master with Agile methodologies and transformation experience.
- Project Management experience to support or grow into project management duties.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
- Healthy knowledge of Middle and Back Office operations and processes.
