Product Owner/Business Analyst

Our client, in the financial services industry, is looking for a Product Owner/Business Analyst to join their team!

Location: Hybrid in Chandler, AZ or Irving, TX

• End-to-end application funnel understanding (prospect → apply → decision → onboard)
• Ability to simplify complex product/risk rules into customer-friendly flows
• Strong integration awareness (backend systems, APIs, enterprise services)

• Requirements elicitation (workshops, interviews, discovery)

• Journey mapping and funnel optimization (e.g., application flows)

• Understanding of regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, etc.)
