Human Resources Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, is seeking a Human Resources Representative to join their team. As a Human Resources Representative, you will be part of the People Services team supporting HR guidance and solutions for employees and People Leaders in Mexico. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resources Representative

Location: Boise, ID 83716 (100% onsite)

Pay Range: $19-22/hr.

Job Type: 6-month contract with the potential for extension

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (flexible to be 7am-4pm)

What's the Job?

• Manage incoming People Service Center tickets and emails, providing research and resolution efficiently
• Support day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, policy guidance, total rewards, and HR systems questions
• Coordinate onboarding processes, including document preparation and retrieval for new hires
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across various HR systems and tools
• Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a positive first-day experience for employees

What's Needed?

• Experience in HR or related support roles is preferred
• Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
