Packaging Production Designer

Our client is seeking a Packaging Production Designer to join their team. As a Packaging Production Designer, you will be part of the Creative Department supporting Brand Development and Packaging Design teams. The ideal candidate will have creativity, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Production Designer

Location:El Segundo, CA

What's the Job?

• Concept, design, and develop packaging and component solutions for a luxury beauty brand, from initial sketches to production-ready artwork
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and brand consistency
• Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high-quality standards
• Create and prepare artwork for primary and secondary packaging, adhering to established brand guidelines
• Organize and maintain libraries of creative assets, including fonts, icons, images, and templates, with proper naming conventions

What's Needed?

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience in packaging design
• Experience working within the beauty or luxury industry preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to work within established standards
• Experience with market research, digital marketing, and project management tools is a plus
