Our client, a leading organization in the automotive and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Export and Non-Retail Operations Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an Export and Non-Retail Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Operations Support team, contributing to the seamless execution of export and non-retail activities.

Location: Warren, MI

What's the Job?

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned export accounts, coordinating daily interactions with subsidiaries, logistics, suppliers, and dealers in export markets.
• Track and manage all export orders from entry to delivery, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues, including order rejects, changes, and cancellations.
• Prepare and review documentation such as invoices, and coordinate logistics and financial transactions with relevant teams.
• Support non-retail forecasting, planning, and scheduling activities, providing data-driven insights to optimize operations.

What's Needed?

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with GM systems such as VOMS, POMS, VTIMS, and Vlogistics.
• Experience in logistics, export operations, or related fields is preferred.
