Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute document governance activities, including taxonomy and metadata support
- Apply record categories and retention rules
- Execute governance tasks (metadata validation, access reviews)
- Manage intake requests and workflows in JIRA/Confluence
- Support reporting
- Write and execute UAT test cases and scripts
- Support cleanup of shared drives and non-compliant storage
- Other duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in document management, records management, business operations, or risk
- Experience with UAT (test cases, scripts, execution)
- Experience using JIRA or similar workflow tools
- Familiarity with document/records platforms (e.g., Documentum, FileNet)
- Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting)
