Business Analyst

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Healthcare Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a solution-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location:Remote (must be near Sacramento, California for onsite presence 1-2 days a week)

Salary:  starting from $95,000 per year

• Gather and analyze requirements for new healthcare implementations and large-scale deployments.
• Support the development of sustainable healthcare products and solutions.
• Collaborate effectively across diverse teams to ensure project success.
• Perform complex data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to anticipate needs and provide impactful insights.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with health plan and insurance processes.
• Strong community engagement skills and ability to work with multi-faceted teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and analytical methods.
