Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Product Manager/Technology - Senior to join their team. As a Product Manager/Technology - Senior, you will be part of the Digital Solutions Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Product Manager/Technology - Senior
Location:Remote - preference would be near a major service center in Austin or Dallas, TX. The majority of the team operates in the Central Time Zone.
What's the Job?
- Define, deliver, and manage digital solutions, including digitization of paper forms to enhance client experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to elicit and evaluate their needs, translating them into scalable product features.
- Lead requirements gathering for new digital web form capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and platform standards.
- Analyze high-impact paper forms to inform digitization priorities and sequencing decisions.
- Support the rollout of digital web form capabilities, including planning and readiness activities to ensure successful deployment.
What's Needed?
- Experience supporting digital or operational initiatives as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Strong ability to define strategy, manage backlogs, and drive execution of digital products or platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with forms digitization, workflow automation, or enterprise platforms is preferred.
