As a Business Analyst - Senior, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting cross-functional teams. What's the Job?

• Define, deliver, and manage digital solutions, including digitizing paper forms to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to elicit and evaluate their needs, ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
• Analyze high-impact forms and journeys to identify opportunities for digital transformation and recommend strategic paths.
• Develop comprehensive business and process documentation, translating business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Track project progress, risks, and outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders to support transparency and informed decision-making.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager supporting digital or operational initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, perform gap analysis, and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Technology, UX, and Client Experience.
• Experience in developing workflows, translating business needs into technical requirements, and managing digital project backlogs.
