Automotive Dealer Engagement and Portfolio Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the automotive industry, is seeking an Automotive Dealer Engagement and Portfolio Specialist to join their team. As an Automotive Dealer Engagement and Portfolio Specialist, you will be part of the Dealer Engagement and Portfolio Department supporting internal stakeholders and dealer partners.  

Job Title: Automotive Dealer Engagement and Portfolio Specialist

Location:Warren, MI

Pay Range: $38 per hour
 

What's the Job?

• Manage a national portfolio of contractual change requests across all 50 states, ensuring timely and accurate updates to dealer records and contracts.
• Process dealer contractual changes in compliance with state franchise statutes and GM Dealer Sales and Service Agreement (DSSA).
• Collaborate with dealers and internal stakeholders to gather required documentation and support dealer compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate contractual dealer data in various GM systems, including Dealer Network Planning System (DNPS) and Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance data quality, and increase overall productivity.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience managing database information.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Effective analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
