Social Media Content Specialist

Our client is seeking a dedicated Social Media Content Specialist to join their innovative marketing team. As a Social Media Content Specialist, you will be an essential part of the marketing department supporting the social media strategy and content creation efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and a passion for engaging digital storytelling, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Social Media Content Specialist

Location: REMOTE; M-F 35 hours a week

What's the Job?

• Perform social listening to identify trending topics and opportunities for engaging content.
• Develop and pitch innovative ideas for static and video content tailored for TikTok and Instagram.
• Create, produce, edit, and write compelling social media content aligned with brand voice and strategy.
• Serve as on-camera talent to bring energy and authenticity to video content.
• Analyze content performance metrics and implement optimization strategies to enhance engagement and reach.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in content creation or social media management for brands or organizations.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, CapCut, and social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and best practices for paid and organic content.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders.
