Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services industry, is seeking an Technology Risk Governance Project Manager (Plano, TX) to join their dynamic team. As an Technology Risk Governance Project Manager (Plano, TX), you will be part of the Governance Portfolio Management team supporting critical oversight and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: IT Program Manager III (Plano, TX)

Location: Plano, TX (On-site, hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite)

Pay Range:$58.3

What's the Job?

  • Lead the review, oversight, and monitoring of AI, model, and critical use spreadsheet portfolios for Global Technology.
  • Support documentation, communication, and compliance related to governance deliverables and policies.
  • Coordinate with senior leaders to understand key takeaways and track progress against strategic objectives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to support operational excellence and risk management initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience in a regulated industry or financial institution.
  • Strong subject matter knowledge in technology and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Degree or certification in compliance, risk management, business, or communications.
