Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Workday Solutions Architect to join their team. As a Workday Solutions Architect, you will be part of the HR Technology group supporting the Workday Center of Excellence team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Configure Workday to meet specific business objectives and support annual programs.
- Create and load EIBs for various HR processes including Hire/Rehire, Change Job, Request Compensation Changes, and Contingent Worker Contracts.
- Partner with technology teams to design and implement integrations and business process enhancements.
- Work within an agile environment to develop iterative solutions that address evolving business needs.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience configuring solutions within the Workday platform.
- Expertise in Workday domains such as HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Heavy experience with EIB creation and loading is essential.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
