Procurement Program Manager

Our client is seeking a Procurement Program Manager to join their team. As a Procurement Program Manager, you will be part of the strategic leadership supporting procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Frisco, TX - Onsite

What's the Job?

• Lead and drive procurement transformation strategies across multiple systems, processes, and data domains.
• Collaborate with procurement leaders and supporting teams to develop and own the procurement capability roadmap.
• Identify process gaps quickly by understanding procurement basics and translate business needs into effective product requirements and solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Support the implementation of innovative solutions to improve procurement operations and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in product management, transformation, or procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of procurement systems, processes, and data management.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and solutions.
