Our client, a leader in workforce development and training support, is seeking a dedicated Workforce Development & LMS Support Specialist to join their team. As a key contributor, you will support workforce initiatives by managing learning management systems and maintaining training content. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to system support, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s mission to foster continuous learning and development.
Job Title: Project Coordinator (Workforce/LMS)
Location: Boise, ID (Hybrid)
What's the Job?
- Manage and maintain learning management systems, including content updates and new program setups
- Create, administer, and maintain on-the-job training (OJT) certifications
- Support controlled documentation systems and related databases
- Perform system navigation, data entry, tracking, and routine maintenance tasks
- Update and maintain documentation using standard Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree or approximately 2 years of relevant experience in documentation, data management, LMS support, or related areas
- Comfort working with structured systems, templates, and established workflows
- Ability to perform detail-oriented, task-driven work in a system-based environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
