Pay Range: $45/hr W2
What's the Job?
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create engaging, clear, and compelling content that translates technical product features into relatable stories for B2B audiences.
- Manage and grow online communities by actively engaging with followers, partners, advocates, and customers to foster a vibrant and supportive environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as design, video production, and product marketing to produce high-quality content and assets.
- Monitor social media performance using enterprise tools like Sprinklr, analyze data, and optimize strategies to enhance reach and engagement.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3 years of social media marketing experience, preferably within the technology or SaaS sectors.
- Proven expertise in managing social media platforms and understanding platform-specific best practices.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics into engaging narratives.
- Hands-on experience with Sprinklr or similar enterprise social media management tools, Figma, and Asana.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, listening, and analytics to inform social strategies.
