Loan IQ Business Analyst (Dallas) x2

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Loan IQ Business Analyst to join their team. As a Loan IQ Business Analyst, you will be part of the Commercial Banking department supporting enterprise lending initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Loan IQ Business Analyst

Location: Dallas/ Irving, TX

What's the Job?

• Support enterprise lending initiatives focused on Loan IQ platforms, system integrations, and large-scale transformation programs
• Analyze and document Loan IQ functional requirements, configurations, and impacts across lending products
• Partner with engineering teams to support API, batch, and file-based integrations
• Translate business and accounting requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, and regression testing to ensure high-quality delivery

What's Needed?

• Hands-on Loan IQ experience in a Business Analyst or Product BA capacity
• Strong understanding of commercial lending and loan accounting concepts
• Proven experience supporting system integrations involving Loan IQ
• Experience working in Agile / Product delivery environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across business and technology teams
