As a vital member of the Human Resources department supporting the Global Mobility team, you will play a key role in managing immigration processes and international employee relocations. What's the Job?
- Support Immigration and Global Mobility team by auditing vendor invoices for accuracy and reconciling discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor PR/PO records and alert management for timely payments.
- Administer temporary visa extensions and amendments, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Coordinate and prepare U.S. invitation letters and oversee global employee transfers.
- Serve as a primary contact for employees, recruiters, and HR partners regarding immigration and relocation inquiries.
What's Needed?
- 3–5+ years supporting corporate immigration and global mobility programs, with hands-on visa processing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills including pivots and reporting.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, Oracle, SAP), case management tools, and AI tools (Copilot, Claude).
