Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data solutions sector, is seeking a Python Developer w/ GCP (CLT) to join their innovative team. As a Python Developer w/ GCP (CLT), you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting data processing and cloud infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Python Developer w/ GCP 

Location: Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain Python applications deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Build and manage data processing pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient data flow
• Develop and maintain Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs) using orchestration tools like Airflow
• Work extensively with BigQuery for data modeling, querying, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that meet project requirements

What's Needed?

• Strong proficiency in Python programming language
• Hands-on experience deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Required experience with BigQuery, including complex queries and performance tuning
• Experience with data processing systems and ETL pipelines
• Proven ability to design and maintain DAG-based workflows using orchestration tools
