Java Developer (CLT)

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Java Developer (CLT) to join their dynamic team. As a Java Developer (CLT), you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Java Developer (CLT)

Location: Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices to support enterprise applications
• Create and enhance Angular-based UI components for seamless user experiences
• Collaborate with database teams to work with Oracle databases, ensuring optimal data management
• Deploy and support applications on OpenShift, ensuring high availability and performance
• Utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and improve code quality

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 6+ years of overall IT experience with a focus on Java & Spring Boot development
• At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot frameworks
• 2+ years of full-stack Angular development experience (v8+)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning
• Experience working with microservices architecture and deploying on OpenShift or similar platforms
