Our client, a leading organization in the technology and support services industry, is seeking a Data Analyst 2 to join their team. As a Data Analyst 2, you will be part of the Microsoft Digital Global Support department supporting IT helpdesk operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote (EST zone)
Pay Range: $38/hr W2 + Benefits (NO C2C)
What's the Job?
- Maintain and update documentation for the Digital Nervous System (DNS) reporting platform
- Design, build, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards using multiple data sources
- Create pipelines and datasets to ingest, store, and visualize data from new enterprise sources
- Build AI/ML solutions using Azure and Microsoft Fabric to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that improve operational insights
- Perform data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy and consistency
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or a related technical field
- 2-4 years of applicable experience in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with Power BI, including data visualization, modeling, and DAX
- Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning and building low-code/no-code solutions
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Kusto Query Language (KQL)
