Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant 3 to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant 3, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for leadership team
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Rhythm of Business documentation
- Support operational workflows and process documentation to improve efficiency
- Partner with leaders and peers to ensure smooth business operations and effective communication
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of experience supporting executives in a global, matrixed organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and adapt to shifting priorities
