Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Application Support (Dallas) to join their team. As an Application Support (Dallas), you will be part of the IT Operations Department supporting the Application Support team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Irving, TX

What's the Job?

• Provide technical support for application systems used across the organization
• Monitor and troubleshoot application issues to ensure minimal downtime
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex application problems
• Assist in implementing application updates and enhancements
• Document support procedures and solutions for future reference

What's Needed?

• Some application development background or network support engineering experience
• Ability to write SQL queries and understand their business purpose
• Project management skills and experience in security logging
• Experience working in large, regulated corporate environments
• Familiarity with GitHub, CoPilot, and documentation practices
