Our client, a leading organization in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Development Department supporting innovative platform capabilities and technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Analyze requirements for developer enablement frameworks, tools, and platform capabilities to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Evaluate existing systems and constraints to recommend clear, actionable solutions that enhance platform efficiency.
• Contribute to the design and prototyping of platform features and reusable capabilities, building proof of concepts and assessing technical feasibility.
• Break down complex engineering work into manageable iterations that deliver measurable value and high-quality, production-ready code.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to refine scope, acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with architectural standards.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in modern engineering stacks such as Java, Spring Boot, React, Node.js, Microservices, Kafka, and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of cloud native architectures and CI/CD best practices.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing, diagnostics, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in applying Domain Driven Design (DDD) concepts and modern engineering patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
