Consumer Care Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer services industry, is seeking a dedicated Consumer Care Coordinator to join their team. As a Consumer Care Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to delivering excellent consumer experiences, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Consumer Care Coordinator

Location:Parsippany, New Jersey (This role is 2 days a week in office. Monday will be a must and one other day of the week)

Pay Range:$35.71

What's the Job?

  • Process ownership and responsibilities related to label review and mailing, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage daily safety call cases, resolve issues where possible, and provide timely updates to safety contacts.
  • Handle incoming consumer communications, including experience forms, release forms, and medical records, updating all data accurately in our system.
  • Review daily refund reports, identify missed opportunities, and communicate findings to improve refund processes.
  • Process returned products for high-priority cases, maintain investigation logs, and support R&D quality evaluators with necessary information.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and team members clearly and professionally.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and process management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with handling consumer communications and managing investigations is a plus.
