Our client, an organization dedicated to advancing educational and technological initiatives, is seeking a Technical Business Process Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Business Process Analyst, you will be part of the Service Delivery department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Document and reengineer business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Elicit and analyze business requirements to support IT project delivery.
  • Develop system design documents, including as-is and to-be workflows using Microsoft Excel and Visio.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and support user acceptance testing activities.
  • Create training materials, user guides, and assist in end-user training sessions.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a business analyst in IT projects.
  • At least three (3) years of experience with ERP and/or SIS IT projects, including process mapping and workflows.
  • Proficiency in developing business cases, system architecture diagrams, and project charters.
  • Experience facilitating requirements elicitation and supporting system testing.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including PMP, Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
